Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was a teenager. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015, she continued her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, along with bent-over rows. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
